How to Diet? The ever mysterious and most difficult question which I do not have any answer to it.


Every morning, when I open my eyes, the very first question I asked myself is "What should I eat today"? WHAT? A simple question like this stress me out. Everybody live for food. I LOVE FOOD. And that is my main problem.


When it's time to plan my meal, my stupid head will tell me "Eat also gain weight. Don't eat also gain weight. So might as well eat right?! Correct or Co-wrong?!" Then HOW? Anybody????



Want to lose 0.5 kg per week is as tough as eating a rock! I have already cut down my calories to 1,700 per day, and I am still gaining weight! WTH! Should I just eat only 500 calories per day in order to see the effect? Should I eat air to feel full?



CUTTING DOWN MY FOOD INTAKE

Right! It is easily said then done. So easy like A,B,C... 1,2,3... When I tried cutting down my food intake, I went cold turkey! It's like a sudden drug withdrawal, I scramble to my fridge faster than a roadrunner and pop anything I could find until I am settled down. My sugar level dropped so much until my hand shake like an earthquake.


So how? Can anybody tell me HOW?



CUTTING DOWN ON CARBO

Ya, tried that. Done that. It works. Really. But the problem is.... once I eat back carbo, I will BLOW UP IMMEDIATELY! Like a puffer fish literally. And the weight gain is fast and furious! And the most frustrating part is, I can't lose that weight again!



EXERCISE

Okay, I admit I sit more then I moved. That's the problem working in an office. After breakfast, I'll sit at my desk and start working until toilet break. After lunch, I will again sit at my desk and work till TEA BREAK & NEXT TOILET BREAK. The only exercise I did was exercising my fingers doing typing, replying to emails. And I also exercise using my mouth to snacks and drink water. WIN LIAO RIGHT!






SHOPPING

I LOVE SHOPPING. But I don't shop outside anymore. It is demoralizing and when I took size XL into the fitting room, what I see in the mirror disgust me. It's hard to find plus size clothing too. So I prefer to buy men's t-shirt rather than female t-shirt.




FESTIVE SEASONS

Festive seasons are the worst enemy, with so many goodies, cakes, etc... THERE ARE NO WAY TO SLIM DOWN! NONE! ALL ARE KILLERS! The weight gained during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Reunion Dinner, Gathering simply transform me from a party balloon into a hot air balloon! Arghhhh.....




SOLUTION

Actually, I figure out that there is a solution to successful dieting. ONE. ONE AND ONLY. And that solution is: BE AFRAID TO EAT. Tada! Correct right?! So I hope that one day, all the restaurants will start to serve gross, disgusting, unpleasent and unpresentable food. \(^.^)/




Now it's time for dinner. And where is my chocolate?!
